In an interesting twist in the ongoing Beats integration into Apple (and iTunes), it was announced recently that Southwest Airlines is offering all passengers access to Beats Music. “Beats Music is providing a uniquely curated music experience, giving Customers an opportunity to listen to wide-ranging music programming in pop, rock, country, and other genres to hear fresh new artists and the hottest songs, which are handpicked by Beats Music expert curators.” Of special interest to the team at Eversong are the public performance rights implications.
